Apply a generous amount of product to washed, damp hair and massage from roots to ends. Cover the head with a plastic cap and place it under a warm towel for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Do not use a hairdryer and rinse well. For greater efficiency, it is recommended to use a self-heating cap. For severely damaged hair, add a whole raw egg to the jar of hair mayonnaise and leave it on for at least an hour daily.
