Start by cleansing your hair with one of As I Am's cleansers: Cleansing Pudding or Coconut CoWash. Distribute Elation Hydration throughout your hair. Leave on for 15 to 30 minutes while wearing a plastic cap. Optional: Soak under a hot hood for a deep treatment. Remove the cap, add some water and gently detangle the hair. Rinse thoroughly.
